What a metabolic assessment actually measures
Draft body, not yet adapted
A metabolic assessment is a lab panel, a full history, and an hour of conversation. We look at fasting glucose, insulin, thyroid, lipids, liver markers, and a handful of things that get skipped in a standard physical. Then we sit with the history: what you have already tried, what happened, and what got in the way. Nothing gets recommended until that picture exists.
Call to action. The assessment is where every plan here starts. Details are on the site.
