Pricing

Priced per specialty, in units you can count.

Every plan states a number of planned pieces, a candidate pool, a seat count and a custom-piece allowance. Nothing on this page says unlimited posts, because no software produces unlimited posts and the practices that have been sold that before know it.

Checkout does not collect a card yet.

Bedside has no payment processor connected. Starting a plan creates your account and your first month of content, and charges nothing, because there is nothing on our side to charge with. The prices above are what the plan will cost. You will be asked for a card before anything is ever billed, and not before.

Groups, DSOs and multi-site

More than ten sites, or a structure that does not fit a plan?

Bedside Complete covers up to ten specialty libraries with no seat or provider limit, and most groups buy it from this page without speaking to anyone. Talk to us when you need per-site brands rolled up under one parent, an approval structure that mirrors your own hierarchy, or a migration off an agency retainer. That conversation is an option, not a gate.

Questions

Before you put a card in.

What happens in month one?

You answer four short setup screens: your practice, your brand, your specialties and procedures, and your providers. Bedside builds your first cycle from that: a full candidate pool scored against your practice, with the recommended pieces already placed on dates. You review them, approve what you like, swap what you do not, and the calendar is live. Most practices are through setup in under ten minutes and through their first approval pass in about fifteen.

Who owns the content?

You do. Every piece Bedside produces for your practice is yours to use anywhere, during the subscription and after it. We claim no license over your posts, your recordings, your logo or your brand. If you cancel, you keep everything you have exported and everything already published.

What if we do not like something?

Three answers, in the order you would reach for them. Edit it, and it returns to draft so the approval applies to the text you actually shipped. Swap it, and a ranked alternate from the candidate pool takes its slot in one tap. Or reject it with a note, which is recorded and feeds the next cycle so the same angle does not come back. Bedside is designed on the assumption that you will reject things.

Can we cancel?

Yes, monthly, with no notice period and no exit fee. You keep everything already produced. There is no annual commitment on any tier and no minimum term.

Do you post for us, or do we?

Today you do, and it takes a couple of taps. Bedside plans the month, writes and designs every piece, adapts it for each channel and schedules it. The final push to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn is the one step we cannot do yet: every platform requires its own app review or partner grant before a third-party tool may post on your behalf. Those are in progress and each one turns on for you as it clears. We would rather you read that here than discover it after paying.

What about compliance?

Bedside does not make your content compliant and it is not a HIPAA product. What it does is narrow the ways a post can go wrong: consult-first framing by default, absolutes like guaranteed and painless flagged wherever they appear, your own banned-phrase list checked on every draft and every edit, and a named person required to approve before anything can be scheduled. There is nowhere in Bedside to put patient information, because the product does not need any to work.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No setup fee and no contract. Pricing is per month, per practice, and the plan is set by how many specialty libraries you run rather than by how much you post.

See what it makes before you pick a plan.
