Adaeze wrote out an ordinary week from an ordinary plan, including the parts nobody puts in a brochure. There is a frozen dinner in it. There is a night where nothing gets cooked. The point of a plan is that it holds up on the days you did not choose, which means it has to be built with those days already in it.
