Design is mostly restraint: where the corners sit, how soft the leading edge is, and how much room is left behind it. We draw it, photograph it, and let people sit with it before anything is scheduled.

Scalp micropigmentation does one specific thing

Micropigmentation places cosmetic pigment in the scalp to reduce the contrast between hair and skin. That contrast is most of what reads as thinning at conversational distance. It adds no hair, it needs maintenance, and it is a very good answer for some scalps and a poor one for others.
