Claire Donnelly has run the injectable practice here five days a week since 2019, and she is the only person in the building who injects. That is a deliberate structure rather than a staffing accident. Injecting well is substantially about remembering: what was placed, where, how much, how that particular face responded at two weeks, and what happened when the dose changed. Continuity is the mechanism by which that memory exists. In a rotating model the notes travel and the pattern recognition does not. It also means she carries the consequences of her own decisions, which is a useful discipline and one reason she treats conservatively on a first visit. She trained on facial anatomy under Dr. Ashford and still sits in on operative days a few times a year, which is where the anatomy stays honest.

Bree Alcott takes almost every call that comes into this practice, and she is the reason two patients rarely sit in the waiting room at the same time. She schedules against overlap rather than against efficiency, remembers who is related to whom in a neighborhood where that matters, and will move an appointment without being asked when she has worked out why you would want her to. Every practice says its coordinator is exceptional. Ours built the discretion policy.

One side of the corridor is surgical and the other is not, and they share a waiting room, a record, and a front desk. It means a patient who sees Sloane Holloway, RN, BSN, every four months and then decides to talk to board-certified Dr. Elise Rowan about something surgical does not start over as a stranger. It also means the aesthetic plan and the surgical plan are made by two people who speak to each other daily. Most practices choose one of these. We built both and kept them small.
