Bree Alcott takes almost every call that comes into this practice, and she is the reason two patients rarely sit in the waiting room at the same time. She schedules against overlap rather than against efficiency, remembers who is related to whom in a neighborhood where that matters, and will move an appointment without being asked when she has worked out why you would want her to.
